The main questions to ask when choosing a Telephone Answering Service are: Q1: Can I try your Answering Service and all associated services for free before signing up? A1: Yes. A2: If you already have a business telephone line which your clients regularly call you can divert the calls to us using the standard BT call diversion facilities. We then answer your calls in your Company name as if we were employed receptionists working for you in your office. Q3: What hours are covered by the Answering Service? A3: We offer a full 24/7 service to those requiring it. For those just wanting cover for "Office Hours" Kendlebell PA's work from 8.30am until 6pm between Monday and Friday. Alternatively, we can provide an "Out of Hours" service for those that just need cover at night time and over the weekend. Q4: Who will actually answer my calls? The next available operator… or specific people who know and understand my requirements? A4: Kendlebell prides itself on the fact that every one of our clients is given the names of the two or three PA's that will answer their calls. We are not a massive call centre where anyone of dozens of call handlers might end up talking to your clients. Ours is a very PERSONAL service. Q5: How do the PA’s know which business is being called? A5: Your Company name will appear on their screen when the call comes in so they will know how to answer the call. Q6: Can I still use my own business telephone number even though I am diverting it to the personal answering service? A6: Yes you can. Q7: How do I divert my calls? A7: By using the standard BT call diversion facilities. Call BT on 150 for more details. Q8: Can you supply me with a Free telephone number? A8: Yes we can. Every Kendlebell client is given an 0844 local rate number free of charge. If you want an 0800 number we charge just £12.50 extra per month including 120 free minutes of calls and for an 0207 or any other "City" number number we charge just £5.00 extra per month including 120 free minutes of calls. You can choose from a list of numbers. Please call us for details. Q9: What type of businesses do you deal with? A9: We have thousands of clients from every type of business imaginable. Many are small and based from home but others are well established companies that use us as an overflow service to ensure they never miss a call. Q10:Can I adjust my service package every month to suit my business? A10:Yes you can. The Kendlebell Franchisee who will be responsible for looking after you will be pleased to advise you whether you would get better value for money by changing to either a higher or lower priced package. You are welcome to change from one month to the next. Just let your PA know a few days before your monthly billing date and they will switch you to the package of your choice. Q11:Can you send my messages immediately and if you can, what methods can you send them by? A11:Yes we can send them straight away via Email or Fax or SMS direct to your mobile. Q12:Can you supply an end of day message summary which details all messages taken on that particular day? A12:Yes we are pleased to offer this as a standard part of our service and you can choose whether you would like this report to be sent to you either by Email or Fax. Q13:Can important calls be transferred directly to me or one of my team? A13:Yes. We are happy to patch calls through to you if you elect to pay for this optional service. Q14:Can I have more than one business through the service and can it be answered as a truly separate company? A14:Yes. We will be pleased to answer calls for a second company in its own name. We charge just £15 per month for this service. Q15:Can I have a dedicated fax line to receive faxes on my behalf? A15:Yes. This costs just £15 per month and the faxes can be automatically forwarded to your own email address. Q16:Can a Diary be managed on my behalf? A16:Yes. We offer our Telephone Answering clients an on-line diary management system for just £19 per month. This means that both you and your PA's will be able to view and update the one diary thus avoiding double-bookings and other such problems. Q17:Can simple information only telephone lines be supplied for specific periods of time? A17:Kendlebell can organise simple Voice Mail or Information lines so that callers can listen to your message and, if you want them to, leave a message for you. These can then be emailed directly to you as an MP3 file which you should be able to listen to via your PC. Alternatively you can call your own line and, by using a special PIN number, you can access your Voice Mail system to listen to your messages or change your greeting. |
