Company History

Kendlebell Ltd was established in July 1997 with private venture capital to become the UK’s leading telephone answering service franchise. We are proud to be Full Members of the British Franchising Association and also the Irish Franchise Association, something that only Kendlebell can boast in our industry.

Over the last 12 years Kendlebell has built the single largest network of personal telephone answering service centres in the UK and Ireland. Unlike most call centres where huge numbers of operators are highly unlikely to ever speak to the same person twice, Kendlebell's service is distributed across a network of over 20 offices, with more opening every year.  Our smaller clients benefit from the more personal levels of service this model provides and our larger clients benefit from the resilience we can offer by not having all our resource in one place.

Kendlebell purchased its HQ offices in Hampshire in 2007.  We also won the Irish Franchise Association's award for "Best Emerging Franchise" in 2007.
