Answering For Other Companies

If you have more than one company that you would like us to answer calls for we are happy to do this. There is a small extra charge each month to do this but it is much better value than having to set up separate accounts for each one. You will receive one invoice and make one payment each month to cover all of the companies you want us to answer calls for. We will still answer the calls for each company in their indivudual name. Fax to email

Customers who choose to use the Kendlebell Telephone Answering service can also elect to have one of our special fax-to-email numbers. This means you can advertise a Fax number but receive all your faxes via email. If you advertise one of the non-geographic numbers that we offer we can make sure that your telephone and fax numbers are a matching pair. For more details call us.

Order Taking

Many of our customers use Kendlebell to receive calls from their customers who want to place orders. We are happy to take orders, including credit card details where necessary. You will need to have your own merchant account set up with the credit card company but we can obtain the details over the phone from any customers calling to place an order and pay by credit or debit card. Charges for this will vary depending on how many details you need us to gather and thus how long the process takes. Please speak to us about your needs by calling us.

On-line SMS Broadcasting

We offer our customers a fast, safe and highly efficient method of sending a text message to a single phone or to thousands of mobile phones. The service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week from anywhere in the world.
